    Bibigo Whole Shrimp Dumplings: Thawing and Cooking Instructions


    Frying Dumplings

    1. Pour 15ml-20ml (2-3 tablespoons) of oil into a frying pan and preheat over medium heat for 1 minute.
    2. Place 5 frozen dumplings in the pan without thawing them. Cook on medium-low heat, turning them occasionally to avoid burning, for 7 minutes and 30 seconds to 8 minutes.
      • Be cautious of oil splatter when frying.
      • To prevent oil splatter, remove any ice formed from the shrimp juices before cooking.

    Steaming Dumplings

    1. Add water to the steamer, ensuring it doesn’t cover the steaming tray, and bring to a boil.
    2. Once the water is boiling, place 5 frozen dumplings on the steaming tray and cover with the lid. Steam for 8-9 minutes.
      • TIP: Adding frozen dumplings to the steamer once the water is boiling makes the wrappers chewier.
      • Be cautious of hot water and steam when steaming.
      • Ensure you stay nearby during the steaming process to prevent the bottom of the pot from burning.

    Microwaving Dumplings

    1. Slightly open the end of the package containing the frozen dumplings. Place the entire package in the microwave and cook according to the following times:
      • For a 700W microwave: about 4 minutes and 20 seconds
      • For a 1,000W microwave: about 3 minutes and 40 seconds
      • Be cautious of the hot package and product after cooking to avoid burns.
