Cooking Instructions:
-
Open the packaging and gently loosen the noodles by hand. Then, add the noodles to boiling water and cook for about 40 seconds before removing them. (The amount of water should be at least three times the volume of the noodles.)
-
Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water 2-3 times and drain them well. Prepare the noodles for serving.
-
To enjoy delicious cold noodles, add the provided cold noodle broth and mustard sauce. (For extra flavor, you may add cucumber, radish, carrot, egg, pear, etc., according to your preference.)
For a refreshing broth, lightly freeze it in the freezer for 2-3 hours until it forms ice crystals. This will enhance the taste of the broth and the texture of the noodles.
