Refunds and Exchange Policy

 

 REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only due to specifically issue stated below that are raised within 3 days:

  • Out-of-stock 
  • Defective Item
  • Expire Date Product
  • Spoilt Item

 

 EXCHANGES

We only accept exchanges within 5 days of the delivery.
If the products is used, damaged or do not have all original packaging, we reserve the rights to refuse your exchange request. We also reserve the rights to reject the frozen or chilled items if they are not stored correctly prior re-collection.

Do note that for all exchanges, you are required to drop us an email before proceeding. We do not accept any walk-in to outlets for exchanges

 Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchanges or return of free gift at this time.
