■ Ingredients:
- Jeju Red-Banded Lobster Meat: 250g
- Green Onion: 1 stalk
- Carrot: 50g
- Cooked Broccoli: 80g
- Oyster Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Cooking Wine: 1 tablespoon
- Black Sesame Seeds: a bit
- Rice: 2 servings
- Eggs: 2
- Onion: 30g
- Butter: 1 piece
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Pepper: a bit
- Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
■ How to cook:

Beat the eggs with cooking wine and salt.

Finely chop the carrot, onion, green onion, and broccoli.

In a pan, melt the butter and add the green onion. Sauté until the green onion aroma comes out.

Add the onion and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Then, add the sweet shrimp meat and stir-fry until the shrimp becomes firm.

Add the rice and oyster sauce, and stir-fry. Adjust the seasoning with a bit of salt and pepper if needed.

Add the broccoli and stir-fry briefly.
