    ■ Ingredients:

    • Jeju Red-Banded Lobster Meat: 250g
    • Green Onion: 1 stalk
    • Carrot: 50g
    • Cooked Broccoli: 80g
    • Oyster Sauce: 1 tablespoon
    • Cooking Wine: 1 tablespoon
    • Black Sesame Seeds: a bit
    • Rice: 2 servings
    • Eggs: 2
    • Onion: 30g
    • Butter: 1 piece
    • Salt: 1 teaspoon
    • Pepper: a bit
    • Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon

    ■  How to cook:

    • Beat the eggs with cooking wine and salt.

    • Finely chop the carrot, onion, green onion, and broccoli.

    • In a pan, melt the butter and add the green onion. Sauté until the green onion aroma comes out.

    • Add the onion and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Then, add the sweet shrimp meat and stir-fry until the shrimp becomes firm.

    • Add the rice and oyster sauce, and stir-fry. Adjust the seasoning with a bit of salt and pepper if needed.

    • Add the broccoli and stir-fry briefly.

    • Push the mixture to one side of the pan, pour in the beaten eggs, and scramble them.

    • Once the eggs are scrambled, mix them with the rice mixture. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and stir well.

    • Toss everything to mix thoroughly, then turn off the heat and sprinkle with a bit of black sesame seeds.
