■ Ingredients:

• 450g Croaker (1 package)
• 100g Water parsley
• 1/2 Bell pepper
• 1 Onion
• 2 Green onions
• 5 cloves of Garlic
• 150ml Lukewarm water
• 1 Green chili pepper
• 1 Red chili pepper

Seasoning:

• 3 tablespoons Rice syrup
• 2 tablespoons Plum extract
• 3 tablespoons Seasoned soy sauce
• 2 Green chili peppers
• 2 Red chili peppers
• 10g Minced ginger
• 3 tablespoons Lukewarm water
• A bit of Roasted sesame seeds
• A bit of Pepper

■ How to cook:

• Cut the water parsley, bell pepper, onion, and green onions into bite-sized pieces.
• Slice the garlic thinly, and chop the green and red chili peppers finely.
• After thawing the croaker, split it open along the belly and place it in a steamer. Add lukewarm water and steam on high heat for 7-8 minutes. *Tip: Steaming with lukewarm water instead of regular water helps eliminate the fishy smell.
• Place the water parsley, bell pepper, onion, and green onions on one side of the steamer and steam them lightly.
• Mix all the seasoning ingredients together.
• Place the steamed vegetables on the steamed croaker and drizzle with the seasoning.
