A Korean seasoning sauce specifically made for making "jjimdak," a popular Korean braised chicken dish. It is a savory and slightly sweet sauce that adds depth of flavor to the dish.

How to Cook

Ingredients: 1 whole chicken (1kg), 240g seasoning sauce, 500ml water, 1 potato, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 100g sweet potato starch noodles (당면)

1. Rinse the chicken lightly in cold water, and soak the sweet potato starch noodles in warm water.
2. Place the prepared chicken and seasoning sauce in water and bring to a boil.
3. Once it starts boiling, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add potato, carrot, and onion and continue simmering for another 10 minutes. Finally, add the soaked sweet potato starch noodles and green onion, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
