Easy and Simple Recipe

1. Make the Batter
In a round mixing bowl, crack 2 eggs and whisk them until frothy. Then, add 400ml of milk (or 280ml of water) and stir well. Add 500g of pancake mix and stir until there are no lumps. Be careful not to stir too long after adding the pancake mix, as this can make the pancakes tough.

2. Preheat the Pan
Lightly oil a preheated frying pan over low heat, and then wipe it with a paper towel.

3. Cook the Pancakes
Spoon an appropriate amount of the batter onto the frying pan, forming a round shape. Cook on low heat for about 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface. Then flip the pancake and cook for about 1 more minute until golden and cooked through.
