Product Features

Braised Mackerel with Radish

Ingredients:

• 1 can of Samlip Mackerel
• 1/10 of a radish
• 1/6 of an onion
• 1/3 of a green onion
• 1 green chili pepper
• 1/2 red chili pepper
• 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1. Separate the flesh and broth of the mackerel using a strainer.
2. Cut the green onion, green chili pepper, and red chili pepper into small pieces. Slice the radish thinly and chop the onion.
3. Place the sliced radish in a pot and add the broth from the canned mackerel along with soy sauce. Bring it to a boil.
4. When the radish is about halfway cooked, add the mackerel, onion, green onion, green chili pepper, red chili pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until done.
