Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150 g) Sempio Tteokbokki Sauce
- 300 g rice cakes
- 1 cup (150 g) water
- Fish cakes (Eomuk)
- Some onions and green onions
Instructions:
- Cut fish cakes and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Pour water and rice cakes into a pan, then bring to a boil for about 2 minutes until the rice cakes soften.
- Add Sempio Tteokbokki Sauce and other ingredients. Stir well on medium heat for 3-5 minutes and serve.
TIP: Try replacing rice cakes with short pastas.
