  1. For soups, stews, hot pots, and boiling dishes:
    • Add enough water to boil the soup, stew, hot pot, or boiling dish. After cooking your dish, add CJ Hetbahn Old-Style Dangmyeon and boil for an additional 6 minutes to enjoy an easy dangmyeon dish.
    • Soak CJ Hetbahn Old-Style Dangmyeon in cold or lukewarm water for about 30 minutes. Then add it to the boiling soup, stew, hot pot, or boiling dish and boil for an additional 3 to 4 minutes for a chewier texture.
  2. For bulgogi, stir-fry, and tteokbokki:
    • Soak CJ Hetbahn Old-Style Dangmyeon in cold or lukewarm water for about 30 minutes. Then add it to the bulgogi, stir-fry, or tteokbokki dish and cook until the noodles turn transparent.
